Most of my work happens late in the evening, and the bright white screen is hard on the eyes. A dark theme that follows the system setting would be perfect.

Our deadlines live in Halfmoon, our meetings in Google Calendar. A two-way sync would save us from keeping both up to date: tasks with a due date show up as events moving an event moves the due date

On the train I lose the connection every few minutes. It would be great to read and edit tasks offline and have them sync later.

Weekly reports, monthly invoices: tasks that come back on a schedule.

For our monthly report I copy tasks into a spreadsheet by hand. A CSV export per project would do.

I would love to create, move and close tasks without touching the mouse. Something like c for create and e to close.

A message in our Slack channel when a task in a project is done.

On iOS 26 the app closes as soon as I attach a photo bigger than about 10 MB. Steps: Open a task Tap Attach Pick a large photo

A colleague in New York sees all due dates one day earlier than I do in Berlin.

We start every client project with the same 20 tasks. A template would save a lot of clicking.

Just a small widget with the weather.
